The hotel was lovely and quiet, providing a beautiful atmosphere despite some cleanliness issues. The staff was helpful, particularly in returning a lost item and being friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient for both business and leisure, with proximity to shopping and dining options. The dining experience was good overall, with tasty offerings and prompt service.
The hotel was big enough to sleep 4 adults and 3 toddlers comfortably, seemed dated but clean, which was a bit too loud and smaller, resulting in a slightly messed up schedule. The service was great and courteous, with extremely friendly front desk staff and a welcome drink in the fridge. The location was clean, with a large Convention Center across the street, offering an amazing experience with plenty to do around Rosemont and spacious rooms compared to other locations. The dining was good with fresh-made omelets, and the facilities were excellent overall.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, making for a comfortable experience. I particularly enjoyed the free happy hour and breakfast. However, the room's comfort could be improved for an even better stay.
